TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Embarkation Point:

•  Located at Trou d’Eau Douce on private property with a private jetty.

•  Boarding onto big boats during high tide; pirogue transfers during low tide.

 

Charter Times:

•  Half Day Charters: 06:30 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 18:30 (flexible based on daylight).

•  Full Day Charters: 06:30 to 15:30 (flexible depending on demand).

 

Maximum Guests:

•  Royal 2: Legal limit of 6 passengers.

•  Royal 3: Legal limit of 11 passengers (recommended maximum of 8 for a more enjoyable experience).

 

Age Limit:

•  No strict age limit, but no baby life jackets on board. Recommended for children aged 5 and older.

 

Itinerary Options:

•  Fishing: Spend the charter time chasing Marlins, Tuna, Dorados, and other game fish outside the east coast lagoon.

•  Cruising Combo: Flexible hours for fishing, cruising, swimming, or relaxing. BBQ lunch available on Royal 3 full day charter (extra cost).

•  Calm Lagoon Cruise: Enjoy the 55ft cabin cruiser for cruising without fishing.

 

Food and Beverage:

•   Basic packages include soft drinks and local beer; no food.

•   BBQ lunch options available on Royal 3 (extra cost).

Inclusions:

•  Skipper and 2 crew members for every expedition.

•  Top-notch big game fishing gear and tackle.

•  Beach towels, soft drinks, and local beer.

•  Each boat features, fishing cockpit, lounge, cabins, a bathroom, sundeck, and 3 fighting chairs.

 

Not Included:

•  Transfer from the hotel to Trou d’Eau Douce.

•  Food, wine and spirits

•  Fish caught during charters belong to the company

 

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

•  Full payment required upon booking.

•  Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the charter) result in full charges unless the booking is resold.

•  Refunds possible in low season and at the discretion of the provider.

•  Cancellation due to rough sea conditions before departure results in a refund.

•  Cancellation during the charter due to sea conditions determined reasonable by skippers results in forfeiture without a refund

Crew Gratuity or Tips are welcome, if you are happy with the service on board you are welcome to give to the skipper a tip which will be shared amongst the crew
